SCRIPTURE: In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty. (Proverbs 14:23)
THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION We are one week in. The excitement is fading. This is the danger zone. Now comes the “boring work.” This is where 90% of entrepreneurs die. They want the strategy, the logo, the launch party. They don’t want to make the 50th phone call when the first 49 said “no.” Alex Hormozi says, “Volume negates luck.” If you are bad at sales, you can still win if you make enough calls. If you are bad at marketing, you can still win if you spend enough money. The “hustle” isn’t about sweating; it’s about doing the repetitive, unsexy tasks enough times that success becomes a statistical inevitability. This is the hard work they won’t show you in movies or on instagram. This is the actual hustle.
THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL
The Power Hour: Set a timer for 60 minutes. Turn off your phone data. Do the hardest task (outbound sales) for one hour straight. No breaks.
Track the Reps: How many inputs (calls/messages) did you make today? Write the number down. Beat it tomorrow.
Eat the Frog: Do the thing you are dreading most first thing in the morning.
