SCRIPTURE: And the master commended the dishonest steward because he had acted shrewdly; for the sons of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own generation than the sons of light. (Luke 16:8)
THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION
February is closed. Today is for shrewdness. You must act shrewdly by auditing the month’s performance and locking in the strategy for March. You’ve used levers, found your niche, and practiced Profit First. Look at the data: Where did you act shrewdly and win? Where were you merely busy and lost? The sons of light (us, the entrepreneurs) must be equally shrewd, taking what we have learned from this month’s successes and failures to guarantee the next period’s advantage. Don’t wait for March 1st to strategize; close out February today by creating the action plan that sets the pace for the first quarter of the year.
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Lord, I pray for a spirit of spiritual and financial shrewdness. Help me to honestly assess my stewardship of time and resources this February. I commit to acting decisively on the data, amplifying what worked and eliminating what failed. I establish the plan today that guarantees a profitable and leveraged March. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL
The Shrewd Tally: Calculate the final P&L (Profit vs Loss) for February. Check the balance of your Profit bucket.
March Focus Metric: Based on the 80/20 Rule (Feb 4th), identify the one product, one client type, or one marketing channel you will commit to maximizing in March.
The March Launch: Pick one major new high-leverage activity (e.g., launching your systematized product, scaling your remote hire, or executing your J.V.) and set the deadline for the first week of March.
