SCRIPTURE: So the wall was finished on the twenty-fifth day of Elul, in fifty-two days. (Nehemiah 6:15)
THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION
The wall is finished. The first ninety days are complete. Today, we review the concrete achievements against the goals we set in January. What were your specific, measurable targets for Q1, and where do you stand today? Did you hit your revenue goals? Did you successfully launch your lever product? Did you adhere to the Profit First percentages? Do not focus on intentions or efforts; focus solely on verifiable, finished results. Celebrate every wall that was completed, no matter the size, for it proves the effectiveness of your daily discipline. This quantitative assessment provides the foundation for the rest of the review.
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Father, I thank You for the strength and the commitment that brought me to the end of Q1. I pray for the clarity to honestly assess the finished work. I commit to celebrating the tangible victories and acknowledging the measurable gaps, knowing that data is the language of wisdom. I honor the effort that resulted in every completed wall. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Goal Scorecard: List the top 3 quantitative goals you set in January (e.g., Revenue Target $X, Launch Product Y, Hire 1 VA).
Actual Tally: Write down the exact, verifiable result for each of those 3 goals (e.g., Revenue $X-10%, Product Launched, Hire 0 VA).
The Gap Analysis: For the largest gap, write down one simple reason why it was missed (e.g., “Lack of focus on sales calls,” or “System delay”).
