The wealthiest businesses are not the ones with the most customers; they are the ones with the most repeat customers. This is LTV (Lifetime Value).
If a customer buys a $10 product once, their LTV is $10. If they subscribe to a $10 service for 2 years, their LTV is $240.
You build a unicorn by stacking value. Once someone trusts you enough to buy once, what is the next thing they need? If you sell them a phone, sell them a case. Then sell them insurance. Then sell them a charger. Maximize the relationship.
THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL
The Upsell: Create a “Level 2” product for people who have already bought “Level 1.”
The Bundle: Package three products together for a higher total price.
Subscription: Can you turn your product into a monthly service? (e.g., Monthly barber membership).
