It is the result of deep domain knowledge, targeted questions, and time set aside for reflection. Innovation is not just what the Lord pleased; it is a deliberate action He performed in all deep places. You need a formal “Innovation Hour” in your week. This time is not for answering emails; it is for asking hard questions: What is the biggest problem we are NOT solving? What can we eliminate to be 10x faster? Structure your thinking so that innovation becomes a predictable output, not a random event.
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Father, I ask for the creativity that is born of structure and intention. Help me to formalize a process for innovation and to ask the deep, uncomfortable questions that lead to breakthrough. I pray for the discipline to step away from the work and dedicate time to pure problem-solving and ideation. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Innovation Hour: Schedule a 60-minute recurring block in your calendar, labeled “Innovation/Deep Work.”
Ask the Hard Question: In that hour today, answer this: “What solution currently exists that, if I offered it 10x cheaper or 10x faster, would destroy my competitor?”
Capture the Idea: Use your knowledge vault (from Feb 7th) to capture the idea and the steps required to validate it.
