SCRIPTURE: He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. (Luke 16:10)
THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION
In an enterprise, you delegate downward to your team, but you must lead upward to your mentors, investors, and high-level partners. You lead upward by being so reliable, so prepared, and so faithful in the small things that they feel compelled to give you bigger opportunities. Do not waste a high-level mentor’s time with sloppy reports or vague questions. When you present data, present it concisely and accurately. When you ask a question, ensure it’s one only they can answer. Your faithfulness in the little details of communication and execution is what generates reciprocal authority—the right to ask for more resources and trust from those above you.
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Father, help me to be faithful in the very little—in my reports, my data, and my promises. I pray for the humility to learn and the reciprocal authority to lead upward by my consistent excellence. Let my integrity in execution be the magnet that attracts high-level mentorship and investment. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
