SCRIPTURE: The integrity of the upright will guide them, but the perversity of the unfaithful will destroy them. (Proverbs 11:3)
THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION
We are halfway through March and nearing the end of Q1. Today is the checkpoint for leverage. Were you busy, or were you building assets? The ultimate test of integrity is whether you prioritized building systems and scalable assets over chasing quick, one-off cash. If your revenue is up but your hours worked are also up, you are not scaling; you are speeding. The perversity of the unfaithful is a failure to be guided by the principles they established. Take an honest look at your activities this month. Which 20% of your time was spent on high-leverage activities (SOPs, content, partnerships), and which 80% was spent doing the work itself?
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Lord, I ask for the integrity to audit my own habits. I pray for the guidance to correct my course where I have been unfaithful to the principles of leverage. Help me to reduce the time spent in the engine room and increase the time spent on the bridge, steering my enterprise toward true scale. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL
Time Audit: Look at your calendar for the last 15 days. What percentage of time was spent doing the work (selling time) versus building the system (scaling time)?
Set the Correction: For the next two weeks, commit to a minimum of 2 hours daily dedicated only to high-leverage work.
Celebrate the Lever: Identify the most successful high-leverage activity from February/March and write down why it worked.
