This is the &#8220;Superman Syndrome.&#8221; It feeds your ego but starves your bank account. When everything revolves around you it ceases to be a business , you become a self employed individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To scale, you must buy back your time. The first hire doesn&#8217;t need to be a Harvard grad. It just needs to be someone who can do the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">$5\/hour tasks so you can focus on the $500\/hour tasks. If you don&#8217;t have an assistant, you are the assistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Task Audit: List everything you did yesterday. Mark them as &#8220;$&#8221;, &#8220;$$&#8221;, or &#8220;$$$&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The First Delegate: Find a sibling, a student, or a freelancer to take the lowest value task (e.g., cleaning, data entry) off your plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SOP Creation: Record a voice note explaining how to do that task so you never have to explain it again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SCRIPTURE: The thing that you are doing is not good&#8230; you will wear out.
