Now comes the &#8220;boring work.&#8221; This is where 90% of entrepreneurs die. They want the strategy, the logo, the launch party. They don&#8217;t want to make the 50th phone call when the first 49 said &#8220;no.&#8221; Alex Hormozi says, &#8220;Volume negates luck.&#8221; If you are bad at sales, you can still win if you make enough calls. If you are bad at marketing, you can still win if you spend enough money. The &#8220;hustle&#8221; isn&#8217;t about sweating; it&#8217;s about doing the repetitive, unsexy tasks enough times that success becomes a statistical inevitability. This is the hard work they won\u2019t show you in movies or on instagram. This is the actual hustle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Power Hour: Set a timer for 60 minutes. Turn off your phone data. Do the hardest task (outbound sales) for one hour straight. No breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Track the Reps: How many inputs (calls\/messages) did you make today? Write the number down.
