If the competition is fierce here, move to a new &#8220;well.&#8221; Create a unique angle. If everyone sells standard bread, sell &#8220;Health Bread for Diabetics.&#8221; Differentiate or die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The &#8220;Only&#8221; Statement: Fill in the blank: &#8220;We are the only business in [City] that helps [Who] to [Result] by [Unique Method].&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spy vs. Spy: Look at your competitor&#8217;s weakness. Is their service slow? Make yours fast. That is your differentiator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ignore the Noise: Unfollow 3 competitors on social media.
