(Isaiah 40:3)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE ENTREPRENEUR\u2019S REFLECTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amazon is a trillion-dollar company because of one button: &#8220;Buy Now with 1-Click.&#8221; They removed the friction of entering your address and credit card every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every extra click, every extra form field, every time a customer has to &#8220;call for a quote&#8221; is a wall you are building between you and the money. Your job is to make the highway straight. If it is hard to pay you, people won&#8217;t pay you. In Zimbabwe, if you only accept USD cash but no EcoCash or ZiG, you are adding friction. You are prioritizing your convenience over the customer&#8217;s ease. That is a tax on your growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THE EXECUTION PROTOCOL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Payment Audit: Count how many steps it takes for a customer to pay you. Remove one step today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Form Killer: If you have a sign-up form, remove any field that isn&#8217;t absolutely necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The &#8220;Yes&#8221; Test: Call your own business number.
