To scale, you must prepare to delegate. The Delegation Roadmap identifies the lowest-value, highest-effort tasks that consume your time (May 10) and maps them out for removal. The Son of Man came to serve the highest purpose (a ransom); you must commit your time to your enterprise\u2019s highest purpose. Delegate administrative, repetitive, or simple research tasks first.
