THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION
Most growth plans are linear—a 10% increase year over year. A 10X plan requires an entirely different approach. You cannot achieve 10X growth by doing 10% more work; you must find a radical, non-linear solution (a new technology, a new distribution channel, a completely new business model). Ask yourself: What would need to happen for us to serve 10 times the current customers with the same team? This question forces you to think beyond incremental improvements and toward exponential breakthroughs. Your current systems cannot handle 10X volume; you must design the 10X system now.
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Father, I pray for the audacity of vision that sees beyond the constraints of the present. I believe You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all I ask or think. Help me to identify the non- linear strategy—the 10X leap—that will transform my enterprise. I commit to designing a system today that can handle tomorrow’s abundance. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Identify the Technology: Name one piece of technology or software that would enable a 10X increase in efficiency.
Small Step, Big Goal: Take one small step today toward implementing that 10X technology.
