In Q1, we focused heavily on building the house (systems, SOPs, leverage). Today, we audit the quality of the construction and the lessons learned. Which systems failed? Which pieces of leverage (content, code, delegation) delivered the highest ROI? What key operational lesson did you learn that saves you money or time going forward? The most valuable asset you acquired this quarter is the knowledge of what works for your enterprise. This review is less about the founder’s effort and more about the system’s efficiency. Identify the broken piece of the machine so you can be the shrewd builder who fixes it for the next quarter.

Lord, I pray for the insight to be a meticulous builder, fixing the flaws in my operational house. I ask for the wisdom to see which systems are failing and which lessons I must permanently integrate. I commit to honoring the truth of my experience, using this knowledge to make my enterprise more efficient and resilient in Q2. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
