THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION
We are halfway through February. The early-year momentum is either solidified or starting to fade. Today is not a celebration; it is a checkup. The difference between the hustler and the architect is the frequency of review. The hustler waits until the end of the year to realize they failed. The architect course-corrects every 15 days. Look at your February goals: Are your new levers working? Is your niche responding? Is your Profit First system holding up? Prudence requires that you seek knowledge from the data right now, not next month. Don’t waste the second half of the month doing what failed in the first half.
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Lord, grant me a mind that acquires knowledge and an ear that seeks wisdom from the numbers. I commit to being prudent in my mid-course correction. Deliver me from stubbornness and the fear of change. I pray for the insight to know what to amplify and what to eliminate in the next 13 days. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Review the Scorecard: Check your Daily Sales Target (from Jan 3rd). Are you ahead or behind for February?
Analyze the Failure: Identify the single biggest failure/mistake of the last 15 days. Write down the lesson learned.
Double Down: Identify the single biggest success (the thing that worked unexpectedly well). Immediately allocate 20% more time/resources to this activity for the rest of the month.
