SCRIPTURE: The plowman should plow in hope and the thresher thresh in hope of sharing in the crop. (1 Corinthians 9:10)

THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION

In a growing enterprise, there is always one central constraint—a bottleneck—that limits all other growth. It could be lack of leads, poor conversion on the website, or insufficient systems to handle delivery. Spending time fixing low-impact problems is waste; you must focus all your precious time (your capital) on removing the single biggest bottleneck. If you have no leads, fixing your email template is useless. If you have leads but no sales, perfecting your SOP is useless. Identify the constraint and apply disproportionate energy (plowing and threshing) to it, in the hope of sharing in the crop.

PRAYER / CONFESSION

Lord, grant me the wisdom to clearly identify the single largest bottleneck limiting my growth today. I pray for the courage to ignore all other distractions and apply my full effort to removing that constraint. Help me to use my resources strategically, knowing where to plow in hope to secure the greatest share of the crop. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Bottleneck Question: Which part of your process (Lead Generation -> Sales -> Delivery -> Retention) would, if improved by 50%, increase your revenue the most?

Define the Focus: State the bottleneck (e.g., “Sales Conversion Rate,” or “Volume of Discovery Calls”).

Allocate the Attack: Block your time for the rest of the week to dedicate 70% of your focused work to removing that single bottleneck.

SCRIPTURE: Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might. (Ecclesiastes 9:10) THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION The 80/20 Principle (Pareto) applies ruthlessly to bootstrapping: 80% of your revenue and satisfaction will come from 20% of your clients. Your job is to stop doing business with the remaining 80%. Review your initial clients and identify …

SCRIPTURE: Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. (Matthew 6:34) THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION In a world of constant technological change, the most valuable, future-proof skill is Adaptability—the ability to learn new systems and shift strategies quickly. Since you have no …
