You have executed the hustle of April and secured initial clients. Now, your goal shifts from doing the work to documenting the work. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is the blueprint of your success. It is the simple, step-by-step documentation of every task you perform regularly—from sending a pitch email to delivering your Minimum Viable Service (MVS). Doing things “decently and in order” means ensuring consistency. If you cannot delegate a task to someone else (or automate it) using your SOP, you are a technician, not an entrepreneur. The SOP is your first scalable asset, costing only your time to create.

Father, grant me the discipline to document my successes. I pray for the clarity to break down complex tasks into simple, repeatable steps. Help me to establish order in my enterprise so that I can ensure consistency and quality, making every part of my work repeatable and scalable. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Document the Steps: Write a step-by-step checklist (4-7 steps max) detailing exactly how you execute that task. Use a free tool like Google Docs or Notion.
The Test: Perform the task today following only the SOP you just wrote, noting any missing steps.
