SCRIPTURE: For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many. (Mark 10:45)
THE ENTREPRENEUR’S REFLECTION
The founder’s greatest value is not in execution but in vision and sales. To scale, you must prepare to delegate. The Delegation Roadmap identifies the lowest-value, highest-effort tasks that consume your time (May 10) and maps them out for removal. The Son of Man came to serve the highest purpose (a ransom); you must commit your time to your enterprise’s highest purpose. Delegate administrative, repetitive, or simple research tasks first. These low-value tasks are the first ones to be handed off, perhaps through a barter agreement (Apr 23) or your first, small paid contract.
PRAYER / CONFESSION
Lord, grant me the wisdom to focus on the highest purpose of my enterprise. I pray for the discipline to identify the lowest-leverage tasks that distract me from my mission. I commit to preparing a roadmap for delegation, ensuring my time is dedicated to vision, strategy, and high-impact sales. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Track Low-Value Tasks: For the next 3 days, keep a running tally of every repetitive task that takes you less than 15 minutes to do but occurs more than 3 times a day (e.g., “Moving files,” “Data entry,” “Scheduling posts”).
Identify the Top 3: Name the top 3 most time-consuming, low- value tasks from your list.
The First SOP: Choose the easiest of the Top 3 and use your SOP template to document it perfectly today, ready for delegation.
